As a creative, a communicator, and a Latina entrepreneur, I started Mindful & Media to help small businesses grow with clarity, confidence, and purpose. With over a decade of experience working in creative agencies and design studios, I’ve supported a range of marketing efforts — from church and nonprofit outreach campaigns to digital strategy for wellness and community brands.
